Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for any actual or threatened breach of these Terms that may cause irreparable harm to the other party.

Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to terminate your license to use the Site, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Site. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall remain in effect.
